Delivery policy

When you pay to unlock a listing, the owner’s contact details and the exact location appear on the listing page immediately, and stay available in your profile under “Unlocked”.

Credits and passes are added to your account as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds. You can see them on any listing’s unlock panel.

If a payment succeeds but the unlock or credits don’t appear within 30 minutes, email hello@flatbee.in with the payment reference. We fix it or refund you in full. See also our refund policy.
